The Four Corners Emergency Management met on Sept 30, 2009 at Cotton Eyed Joes in Noel, Mo. the meeting was attended by 20 people from Kansas, Missouri, and Arkansas.

Called to order at 11:30 am by Candy Adams.

Introductions of attendees.

Minutes from previous meeting were reviewed. motion by Keith Stammer and seconded by J Travis to accept. Motion carried.

Treasurer report:

           Gary Roark reported that we have $3,018.00 in the bank and another $750.00 has been collected from conference attendees.  Motion by Rick Johnson and seconded by Marshall Watson to accept the report. Motion carried.

Website Update:

          The website is currently undergoing some repairs and new items are being added. the website does have the registration form on it for the 2009 Conference.

The conference folders are ready and was given to Gary to be brought to the conference.

The next meeting will be at the conference on dec 4, 2009 in Branson, mo.
